Wesley Camden felt like a new property, or at least newly renovated. First off, room is very tiny. It does state the size when you book the room so we knew to expect a small room! We were only there for a night so it was fine. Just note that it's quite tricky if you need to open a large suitcase (and we had two!). Toilet was small as well, but very nice and bright and clean. Loved the toiletries that they provided. There was a water dispenser on the ground floor, and tea and coffee as well.

When unpacking, we discover our bed linen and mattress were stained with big yellow spots, so they moved us to another room immediately. + It was a small pleasure to refill our water bottle with complimentary sparkling water at the reception every morning before heading out. Also, the hot chocolate in the coffee machine was surprisingly delicious.

The hotel is well situated - close to a Tube station, the bustling Camden Town shops and markets, and tranquil Regents Park. There is a 24-hour reception desk, which is extremely convenient for odd check-in times, queries and assistance (this is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel). The rooms, though small, are very clean and comfortable.

Tea, coffee, kettle etc in room too. Room small but really modern and comfy. Big shower and nice complimentary toiletries. Loved the fact it doubles as a working chapel/church.
